Joe Connolly Paving can easily repair a damaged or pothole filled
parking lot with hot asphalt overlay patches, which can save you thousands
of dollars compared to complete repaving, and give your parking lot
many more years of life at a reasonable cost.
First, the damaged areas are cleaned and any holes
filled with modified stone and/or hot asphalt.
Then hot asphalt tac-coat (AC oil) is applied to the perimeter
for proper adhesion to existing surface.
Finally, the entire area is repaved with a 1” hot asphalt patch and
compacted, after which the edges are again sealed with hot AC oil,
and dusted with fine sand for immediate use.
No shutdown or major interruption occurs to your business.
The edges of all patches are feathered down so as not to interfere with snowplowing, and will not break off.
This option is available only for commercial parking lots,
Not Residential Driveways.
